In view of the 2019 general elections, a training camp for Executive Magistrates, police officials, Excise and Income Tax Departments’ officials was organised on Thursday under the chairmanship of Collector Nirmal Chandra Mishra.
Mishra said Executive Magistrates and police officials play vital roles in holding elections in a free, fair and transparent manner.
In the camp, discussions were held on the role of excise and Income Tax Departments’ officials.
Khordha Additional Collector Manoranjan Mallik and Superintendent of Police Dipti Ranjan Ray were present in the camp.
