Two youths died while one youth escaped with injuries after a tractor turned upside down late in the evening at Dhammara village under Berasia station area on Saturday; driver escaped the spot and is still missing.
According to the police three youths were rushed to nearby hospital after their tractor turned turtle at around 10 in the night.
Locals informed police and on the receipt of the information a police team reached the spot and started investigation. The deceased was identified as Deepak Naagar (16) and Madhusudhan (15) of Hinotia village while the injured was identified Arun.
They were on their way back to home with trolley and on their way they met accident. The road is around 10-15 ft high from the ground which leads to the farms in the area and after losing the control it turned turtle.
Police said that the circumstantial circumstances suggest that driver idntifeid as Gulab Naagra lost over the tractor and leave the road but failed to move it again on the road leaving two dead and one injured in the accident who were on the tractor while he escaped the accident. .
After the preliminary investigation the body was sent for the post mortem. The police have registered a case under Section 174 of the CrPC and have started further investigation. Police have not registered a case under section 304 A of the IPC and said that it would be registered if found in the investigation.
