The Speaker of Uttarakhand Vidhan Sabha, Prem Chand Agarwal, met the Speaker of Karnataka, Vishveshwar Hegde, at the office of latter in Bengaluru on Saturday. In the meeting, Agarwal invited Hegde to visit Uttarakhand. In the visit, Agarwal sought information about different committees of Assembly of Karnataka. The two Speakers also spoke about the parliamentary proceedings and work culture of their respective Assemblies.
