To overcome the stress and nervousness, a workshop on self-confidence development and personality development was organised at Bhopal Management Association BMA on Monday. The seminar was organised for MBA students.

The seminar was organised by Bhopal Management Association (BMA). The staff and students participated in the workshop. Aiming to guide the students on how to relieve themselves from stress and boost up their self confidence. Besides, in order to excel in the fields chosen by them self confidence is important. The workshop was addressed by expert  Aarti Sinha.

As many as 100 students pursuing MBA courses were present at the seminar. The seminar was organised by Bhopal Management Association.

While addressing the students Aarti said that to groom one’s personality it is first important to know our weaknesses and strengths and then only an individual can work on it. She said that worry is a part of human nature, but it is important to know how to overcome it. People most of the time find it difficult to face the changes and to cope up with such variations. Hence, this leads to stress, anxiety and tension.

She further said that being under-confident can lead to lose many opportunities. Interacting with the students, he said that low confidence can be a big hurdle in the path of success.

She also suggested them to be interactive during the seminar so that they could learn the art of building up confidence and personality development.  Later, an interactive session was held. The audience asked their various queries on self confidence and personality development.
