After the 12th edition of the Central Teachers Eligibility Test (CTET) was conducted on July 7 in 104 cities at 2,942 centres across the country, its results were declared on Tuesday.
Out of the 23.77 lakh candidates who appeared for it, 29.22 lakh were registered for the examination. As per the results, 3.52 lakh candidates have got qualified, out of which 2.15 lakh are from paper-I (primary school) and 1.37 lakh are from paper-II (junior high school).
The marksheet of candidates who appeared in the examination will be available in the DigiLocker. The qualifying certificate will be uploaded on the same and the candidates will be provided their login details on their registered mobile number. Candidates can check the result at CTET and CBSE website.
For a smooth and fair conduct of the examination, around 114 city coordinators, 2,942 centre superintendents, 4,335 observers and 827 CBSE officials were deputed.
