With the arrival of the holy month of Ramadan, The Ashoka Hotel is celebrating the magnanimous spirit of Ramadan and is all set to take care of its guest and their special needs with its special menu of ‘Iftar’ and ‘Sehri’. The special menu is being hosted at the hotels’ coffee shop— ‘The Samavar’ (24x7).
To pay exceptional regards to the traditions of the guests, the management will provide special amenities like the prayer mat to facilitate the course of the festival. The mats are being made available at the moment of guest check-ins. The hotel is also extending the facility of ‘book your meal’ where the guests can book their iftar or sehri even before reaching the hotel. The service will be extended through the room service and the Coffee Shop.
During Sehri and Iftar, the lavish handpicked selection, right from the starters, main course to the desserts, is presented to delight the taste buds. The course of Sehri begins with varieties of dishes made with eggs, to the mouth-watering fried fish, ‘Mutton Rogan Josh’, ‘Chicken Nuggets’ among others, served with traditional paranthas and roomali roti. To complement the after taste of these amazing dishes, milk and jalebi is served to the guests.
The treat of Iftar is journey of flavours in itself. It begins with refreshing drinks like ‘Nimbu Paani’ and ‘Sharbat-e-Gulab’ and dates. To tune the palate for the night, the course delights with assorted vegetable/paneer pakora, ‘Chicken-Do-Pyaaza’ and much more. The Sehri and Iftar are non-chargeable for the in-house guests.
