Seven Indians in the 100 most reputable people list

The list features PM Narendra Modi, Mukesh Ambani, CEO of Google Sundar Pichai, Nobel Laureate Kailash Satyarthi, writer Robin Sharma, founder of All Ladies League Dr Harbeen Arora, and Bio-chemist Priyanka Joshi

The Reputation Management Consultancy in its Reputation Poll International announced the 2019 list of the 100 most reputable persons on earth.

The list features personalities from various sectors like entertainment, politics, religion, education, philanthropy, business, politics, etc, from 44 countries and recognises leaders who have discharged their duties and maintained a high level of credibility, and have kept exemplary reputation for public emulation.

Looking at the statistics, the USA had the largest share of reputed personalities in the list with a representation of 38 females, 61 males and 1 couple. According to the age, the oldest reputable person in the list is Queen Elizabeth II, 92, whereas, the youngest being Pakistani activist Malala Yuzafzai, 21.

The list features seven Indian personalities, five males and two females — Prime Minsiter Narendra Modi, Indian business magnate Mukesh Ambani, CEO of Google Sundar Pichai, Nobel Laureate Kailash Satyarthi, motivational speaker Robin Sharma, founder and global chairperson of All Ladies League (ALL) and Women Economic Forum (WEF) Dr Harbeen Arora, and Bio-chemist Priyanka Joshi.

The list also features influential international personalities like Dalai Lama, Michael Bloomberg, Tim Cook, Michelle Obama, Xi Jinping, Pope Francis, Warren Buffet and Ismail Ahmed. There are also actors and persons from the entertainment industry like Ed Sheeran, Emma Watson, Nicole Kidman and John Legend.
