SRK begins shoot for TED Talks 2

Actor Shah Rukh Khan has started shooting for the second season of TED Talks.

As for the new season of the Star Plus show, Shah Rukh shot its first episode earlier this week.

Some of the names likely to feature in the second season are acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal, whose life inspires Deepika Padukone’s next Chhapaak, and actress Tanushree Dutta, who opened the floodgates of India’s #MeToo movement, said a source.

TED Talks 2 may go on air in the second half of 2019. The Hundred-Foot Journey producer Juliet Blake, head of TV for TED Talks, is in India to curate the themes.

‘I saw his (Tiger Shroff) hard work, his discipline and passion and I knew he is going to blow people’s minds away. He will always have this super soft corner in my heart. He was my first co-star. Tigy, I feel so happy seeing you fly higher and higher (literally too). And now time for Heropanti 2.’

Actress Jacqueline Fernandez says she is a sensitive person, and negative comments on social media do affect her.

She said, “We have really supportive, good fans and I love my people on Instagram. But it could be one comment, one person saying something negative, and I’ll be like, ‘Why would you say that?’”

The actor said that it does affect her. “I am a sensitive person, so yes it does. And I actually want to get to that point where I’d be like, you know what, ‘who are you to say that,’ you know? But yes, it does.”

‘Work culture after #MeToo changed’

Actress Michelle Williams has noticed a difference in the workplace culture after the #MeToo movement.

She said, “I feel like the dynamic on sets has changed. They don’t hug you anymore. You don’t get a morning grope, you get a morning handshake.

“I feel like more space has opened up in the room, in the actual creative process. The space has opened up for me to be able to be heard,” she added.

Williams has four career Oscar nominations for her work in Manchester by the Sea, My Week With Marilyn, Blue Valentine and Brokeback Mountain.
