SRK to be guest at Melbourne fest
Actor Shah Rukh Khan will be the chief guest at the tenth Indian festival at Melbourne. This year, the festival is set to celebrate the central theme of ‘courage’, which is engraved in diversity of the Indian film business.
“I’m honoured and delighted to accept the invitation from the Victorian government and the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne to open their festival as their chief guest,” he said.
‘I start my journey from zero on every Friday so that I can prove myself. I have always believed in maintaining a fine balance between creative satisfaction and commercial success. The idea is to make films so that the producers can earn money and I can keep doing my experimental work since I enjoy doing light-hearted commercial films.’
