3-day training prog in NDPS Act held

Three-day training on “Drug Identification and Financial Research under NDPS Act” was conducted by Police Training School Ujjain, in the training officers of the level of Deputy Superintendent of Police from all the districts of the State and 200 sub-inspectors of PTS participated in the training.

In this three-day workshop, FSL Rau Indore Smita Panchal, Deputy Commissioner Income Tax Indore. Amit Soni, Additional Superintendent of Police Narcotic Indore Dilip Soni and Commissioner Income Tax Department Delhi Prafulla Prishti gave their respective lectures.

The legal provisions regarding PIT NDPS were introduced by ADPO Mandsaur Nitesh Krishnan. The webinar was inaugurated by Special Director General of Police Training, Aruna Mohan Rao. On the second day of the training, the special guest Deputy Inspector General of Police, Ujjain Range, Manish Kapoor who explained in detail about the illegal trade of narcotics in the State.

During the training, Superintendent of Police PTS Ujjain, Krishnaveeni Desavatu and Additional Superintendent of Police, Anjana Tiwari, PTS Ujjain shared all the necessary guidelines and courses to all the trainees through the webinar.

The webinar was concluded by Additional Director General of Police Training Anuradha Shankar who shared his experiences with all the trainees. Assistant Inspector General of Police (Training) Police Headquarters, Bhopal, Nimisha Pandey, Shakuntala Ruhal, Deputy Superintendent of Police NK Malaviya, CLI Rekha Verma and all CLI staff were also present in the webinar.
