The state government terminated the services of 64 employees of the Health department in Mirzapur after probe showed that they were working on forged orders.
The sleuths of the Crime Branch Crime Investigation Department (CB CID) has been probing the case for the last several years and has submitted a report after which action has been taken.
These fake recruitment were made between 1996 and 1998. Chief Medical Officer of Mirzapur, Dr OP Tewari, confirmed that on the direction of the government, the services of 64 employees had been terminated.
