A Webinar on Stress Management was organised by Rabindranath Tagore University on Wednesday. She was addressing the professors, teachers and students on how to be stress free during the ongoing lockdown and Corona Virus and stay positive.
When all the people are following the lockdown due to the Novel Corona Virus pandemic, keeping in mind the impact on mood and routine, Rabindranath Tagore University National Service Planning Unit and Faculty of Education organized Stress Management Webinar.
More than 500 students from quantify and teachers made the registration.In this webinar, Rupali Bajaj Professor and Trainer was present as the keynote speaker,
who gave guidance to everyone on how to manage stress, put light on three points of ABC, balance, control, and told them the basic mantra of stress management.
In recent times, the dependence on technology has increased a lot. Therefore, all parents requested the parents to provide guidance and support to the children at such times. Do not let them go to desperate despair. Give children time to talk to them. The webinar was designed and moderated by Program Officer Abhinav Raghuvanshi and gratitude was given by Dean Education Faculty and Program Officer Rekha Gupta. On this occasion, Rabindranath Tagore University, Registrar, Vijay Singh, gave this opportunity to the students for this new initiative and event.
During COVID 19 Pandemic in which Andhra Pradesh, Delhi, Maharashtra, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Bihar, Telangana and other States including Madhya Pradesh are following the lockdown rules and people are getting pesimist about COVID 19. Hence, it is important to stay positive and be stress free.
Kiran Mishra, Faculty of HOD Education from Rabindranath Tagore University and all students and teachers participated in this event during webinar, students asked many questions which were resolved by Bajaj.
