Punjab Governor and UT Administrator VP Singh Badnore on Wednesday expressed concerns over the recent two shooting incidents in Chandigarh and directed the Police Department to arrest all the culprits at the earliest. The directions were issued during the review meeting of law and order situation in Chandigarh.
