BJP leaders celebrate bhoomi pujan

Delhi Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) leaders celebrated Ram Temple pujan virtually supporting Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi who performed it in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh.

This was the day when all BJP leaders including parliamentarians watched the live telecast of Ram Mandir Bhoomi Pujan with locals on the LED screen installed by the Delhi BJP unit at Valmiki Mandir , Mandir Marg.

Welcoming Lord Rama, Delhiites lighten up ghee diyas and celebrated the day as - Dipawali festival.

Chanting few paras of ‘Ramcharitamanas’, Delhi BJP President Adesh Gupta,

Vijay Goel and former Delhi BJP President and Member of Parliament from north east Manoj Tiwari, MP  Nishikant Dubey at 24, Mother Teresa, Crescent Road, BJP National Vice President Dushyant Gautam and MP Gautam Gambhir, MP, East Delhi at Vivek Vihar's Ram Mandir, Leader of Opposition Ramvir Singh Bidhuri, MP , South Delhi at Hari Nagar Ward and MP, New Delhi  Meenakshi Lekhi at Prachin Kali Temple, Kotla Mubarakpur, MP Shri Ramesh Bidhuri at Tughlakabad Village, MP, West Delhi  Pravesh Sahib Singh at 20, Windsor Palace, MP Outer Delhi, Hansraj Hans at Shahbad Dairy, State Organization General Secretary Siddarthan at CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, MLA and former Delhi BJP President Vijender Gupta at Sampoorna Centre, Rohini watched Shri Ram Mandir Bhoomi Pujan live along with local people on LED Screens. State, district and madal office bearers were present on this occasion.

 Gupta started the Deepotsav by lighting 101 diyas in the temple of Lord Valmiki ji on the auspicious occasion of construction of the grand temple of Maryada Purushottam Lord Shri Rama and worshiped Lord Valmiki ji. After the Bhoomi Pujan and laying foundation stone of Shri Ram Temple by OMModi.

Gupta distributed laddus in the form of prasad in Valmiki temple.

“Lord Valmiki had obtained such power from Brahma Ji through his devotion that he could see the past, present and future of Shri Ram Ji. He wrote the epic of Ramayana and made all of us aware of the life of Lord Rama,” Gupta said, “Wait for more than 500 years has ended today. We are fortunate that we were born in the generation in which Lord Shri Ram Ji will once again live in the grand temple.”

“A new era has started with the construction of the temple of Lord Maryada Purushottam Shri Ram. This era will be the era of Ramrajya. Lord Shri Ram is worshipped not by any one religion, community or country but the whole world. Today's auspicious day has become a festival for the whole world. Today will be written in golden letters in the history of the country,” he added.
