The Jharkhand BJP has planned big celebrations for one year of Modi 2.0. The party has decided to reach out to 35 lakh households in the State highlighting the major work carried out by the Narendra Modi government in the last one year. The Prime Minister Narendra Modi on May 30 this year completed one year of his second tenure.
State BJP president Deepak Prakash talking to media persons highlighting the achievements of Modi 2.0 said, “The party has decided to reach out to people at their houses. Maintaining social distancing as the country is fighting the pandemic two BJP workers will visit households. The BJP workers will carry the letter of Prime Minister Modi and the booklet comprising the work carried out by the Modi government in its second tenure.”
Some of the works which will be highlighted includes abolition of Article 370 and 35 (A) from Constitution which granted special status to Jammu and Kashmir, nullifying Triple Talaq and paving way for construction of Ram Temple in Ayodhya based on judicial process.
The BJP cadres, apart from visiting 35 lakh households, have also decided to hold two virtual rallies which will be attended by around 25,000 to 30,000 people. The party has also planned to hold two virtual rallies in every Assembly constituencies which means that party will hold 162 rallies.
Tasks have also been assigned to different morchas to hold rallies. In the BJP organization, there are seven morchas namely SC morcha, ST morcha, OBC morcha, Kishan morcha, Mahila Morcha, Alpasankhyak (minority) morcha and Yuva morcha.
State BJP president Prakash appreciating Modi government work in handling the corona crisis said, “Prime Minister Narendra Modi has handled the corona crisis in a better way. Introducing lockdown timely and announcing a relief package helped in tackling the crisis more effectively.”
Thanking Modi for announcing a Rs 20 lakh crore economic relief package, Nadda said this is around 10 per cent of the GDP and the prime minister's proactive approach will build a self-reliant India. The BJP state president also appreciated PM’s call of vocal for local claiming that it will make Indian industries self reliant at the same time strengthening Indian industries.
The State president at the same time criticized the Hemant Soren government for its poor handling of migrant woes. He said, “The state has still not prepared any data about migrant workers reaching the state and has no plan or strategy for their employment.” Prakash said that the Modi government only believes in taking credit of the work done by others. “Bangalore based law schools arranged the flight tickets for migrant workers from Mumbai to Ranchi, but the Soren government is taking credit. Similarly, train facilities were arranged by Railways but Soren is taking credit as if his government has done everything,” added Prakash.
