CM Naveen must visit Ganjam: Congress

Thursday, 16 July 2020 | PNS | BRAHMAPUR

The Congress on Wednesday demanded that Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik visit Ganjam district and review Covid infection situation soon.

“Coronavirus infection has gone out of control in Ganjam. Though the State Government has not yet agreed to community infection claim, still hundreds of people are getting infected every day. It is disappointing that the Chief Minister, despite being represented from Ganjam for consecutive five terms, has not yet visited the district,” lamented Congress district working president Pitabasa Panda.

He urged the CM to visit the district and ensure engagement of adequate doctors and health workers and supply of sufficient medicines for treatment of Covid patients.
