Covid 19 active cases have come down to 34 in Hazaribag district. Seven patients were discharged on Monday evening by the Hazaribag Medical College and Hospital and five on Tuesday evening. Three have been already released by the hospital. The remaining 34 patients are improving day by day.

Hazaribag deputy commissioner Bhuvnesh Pratap Singh said, “We have received the report from the hospital management that seven patients have completely free from the Corona. I have suggested them to watch two days more. On Tuesday the hospital discharged five patients. Lastly we have decided to release them from hospital.”

The hospital management welcomed all the patients with flowers and allowed them to go to their home. He further said that three have been released by the hospital and they are spending their normal life.

“We have released the persons who have completed the 14 days in quarantine center Irga Panchayat of Daru block of Hazaribag. On this occasion the Block Development Officer Daru block and other officials were present,” he said.

The DC said, “We have started the testing in Hazaribag Medical College and Hospital. Due to lack of technical staff we are only testing on 30 testing daily with the help of one technician.”

Singh further said that they have sent 2,604 persons reports for the examination, in which 2040 reports received negative and 506 reports still awaiting.

He again appealed to the resident of Hazaribag they must be alert in coming four and five days. Don’t go to crowed areas and keep maintain social distancing during the marketing in day light, if it is essential.
