The human face of Dhar collector Alok Kumar Singh was seen by the Dhar people when the collector on his way to the office stopped his car seeing the youth lying unconscious on the road and come out of his car and loaded the youth in the ambulance himself.
The youth riding a bike fell unconscious on the road when a big branch of banyan tree fell on his head. Locals told that a big boring machine has just passed that way and the upper portion of the boring machine broke the branch of the banyan tree which fell on the youth who was just moving behind the boring machine. Collector Alok Kumar Singh stopped his car and immediately loaded the wounded youth in the ambulance of the veterinary department which was just passing on the road.
Dhar collector Alok Kumar Singh told The Pioneer that we have sent the wounded youth to the Dhar hospital where the emergency medical care was given to him and later the wounded youth was transferred to Indore for advance treatment.
The police have arrested the boring truck driver as the movement of heavy vehicles on this road is prohibited. The family members of the youth who was resident of Tirla area of Dhar also were informed who had reached to Indore hospital.
