Koh-e-Fiza police has nabbed four miscreants who were involved in robbery of car in the wee hours on Friday. An ex-employee of the victim masterminded the robbery who was burdened with heavy loan and to repay loan crime was committed.
Police have recovered car bearing registration number MP04CS9682 which was robbed, car used in the crime bearing registration number MP17CC6248, a mobile phone , Rs 600 cash, one air pistol, one country made pistol, 7 live cartridges and two sharp edged weapons.
Notably, the victim Pawan Nagpal was held captive by four masked miscreants in the wee hours on Friday when he went to morning walk and found that the security guard of building was tied to the chair and later they captivated him in his flat while his mother and wife were held captive in another room and miscreants escaped with car of the victim which was later recovered from Bhainskhedi.
Atul Verma (26) of Harshwardhan Nagar, Ravi Gupta (27) of Gandhi Nagar, Ravindra Patel (24) and Sharad Pandey (22) of Harshwardhan Nagar.
The robbery was planned by Atul who was in debt and sought help of Sharad Pandey but as he was also facing financial problems and was in debt and both are residents of Rewa and came to Bhopal in search of work where they met their friend Ravi Gupta who gave idea of robbery of the victim and they roped in Ravindra Patel who works in Pune.
Accused conducted recce for days to plan robbery and have planned to sell car to repay loan. After the crime the car was sold which was recovered from buyer.
