The winter vacation in the high court of Uttarakhand has been declared from January 11. The high court will now reopen on February 10. However, one court will remain open to take up urgent matters during the winter vacation.
The high court registrar general informed that justices NS Dhanik, RC Khulbe, Alok Kumar Verma and Ravindra Maithani will preside over hearing of urgent and important cases in the first, second, third and fourth week respectively of the winter vacation.
