Dr S Ranjan Chairman of Inner Wheel Dist 325
Dr Sheela Ranjan, daughter of Late Dr K C Prasad, a renowned physician of Ranchi and wife of Dr Pradeep Kumar Eye Specialist of Bettiah, was installed as District Chairman of Inner Wheel DIST 325 — a district, which covers 57 clubs of Jharkhand and Bihar and over 2000 members. Being a founder member of Inner Wheel Club of Bettiah, she joined as Charter Secretary in the year 2005 and since then she worked very hard and worked thrice as president. She won the election and joined the District Committee as District Editor in 2014 -15 and finally working in all the posts of District became the District Chairman for 2020-21. She did her schooling and college all from Ranchi so a proud moment for Ranchi.
ABKM awareness drive among Birhors
Akhil Bharatiya Kayastha Mahasabha, Jharkhand today ran an awareness drive among people of Birhor Community and others in rural areas of Ranchi near Chutupalu valley. During the drive Homeopathic medicine Arsenic Album 30, food items, towels, sanitizer etc were distributed among the villagers and awareness about COVID-19 was spread. State chapter president of ABKM Pranav Kumar Babbu appealed to the people to adhere to the guidelines of the health department and government to avoid corona infection. Social worker Shailendra Mishra, Santosh Deepak, Vijay Kumar Dutt Pintu, Jaydeep Sahay, Surya Vikas Minj and ABKM officials and members were present on the occasion.
