Sahay flays BJP for vaccine promise

Former Union Minister and senior Congress leader Subodh Kant Sahay tweeted  on BJP Manifesto, “In its Manifesto for the Bihar elections BJP has mentioned that the people of Bihar will get the COVID-19 vaccine free of cost. PM Modi if you intend to become ‘Daani Karn’ kindly gift it to the whole country. What crimes have the people residing outside Bihar done? It is a shame that the politics of the vote bank will lead to such discriminative pledges. The people of other states will be waiting anxiously for elections in their State, as it will be then that the BJP will promise them a free vaccine.

AIKM, JASM decorate statue of Dr. Rajendra Prasad

All India Kayastha Mahasabha, Jharkhand Andolankari Sangharsh Morcha Pradesh and Jharkhand Agitational Sangharsh Morcha decorated the statue of Desharatna Dr. Rajendra Prasad located at Rajendra Chowk in the capital city here on Saturday. The statue was neglected and was in a state of disarray due to the crushing of the dyeing crust. AIKM State president, Dr. Pranav Kumar Bablu, said that it is impossible to express in words the happiness of positive work during the Corona period. He said that this behaviour with the life-size statue of the first President of India, Bharat Ratna and Desharatna, is indecent. After the decision painting was done by Babbu, Suraj Kumar Sinha, Atul Anand, Financial Chairman of JASM, Azam Ahmad, Executive Chairman of Morcha Raju Mahto, Spokesperson Pushkar Mahato among others.

Valedictory of e-Induction program at ICFAI

Valedictory of e-Induction program for newly admitted students during 2020 was conducted at the ICFAI University, Jharkhand here on Saturday. Besides the students, a number of parents also attended the function. Addressing  the new students,  Prof O R S Rao, Vice-Chancellor of the University said, “ We are happy to note that all of you actively participated in the Induction Program and learnt not only about our University and how academic delivery is done but also a revision of fundamentals in Mathematics, Sciences, IT, Management etc.”

Jaiswal performs puja

In the mythological temple of Rai Bahadur Thakurdas Jaiswal located at Murhu, Khunti, Aditya Vikram Jaiswal, President of Jharkhand Pradesh Professional Congress, performed the worship ritual of Maa Durga on the occasion of Maha Ashtami.
