ICFAI students start summer internship

All the students of Intermediate Batches (Senior Students) were allocated Summer Internship Projects (SIP) and have started working on the same during the current week. Due to the COVID-19 situation, Online Summer Internships were arranged by the University from reputed companies like Larsen & Toubro, Dalmia Cement, , Extra Marks, Shriram Finance and Insurance, Planet Finance etc for the MBA and 2018 batch of BBA students. About 80 per cent of them are getting stipend or performance based incentive for the SIP. For rest of the students, internal projects were allocated. Most of the projects for the Management Students are related to the impact of COVID-19 on economy, industries, consumers, society, management etc.

BSNL distributes essentials 

BSNL Jharkhand Circle officials today distributed food and other essential items among the needy at Chaputoli, Argora during lockdown 4.0.

Food items containing 5 kg rice, 1/2 kg lentils, 1/4 liter refined oil, ½ kg soybean, 1 kg salt, bath and washing soap were distributed to the needy people in the vicinity. Under this campaign, ration was distributed between 20 people on April 30, 220 needy people on April 23,  125 people on May 05 and 125 people on Friday under the chairmanship of Geeta Banerjee, Chief General Manager, Jharkhand Telecom Circle, BSNL. Other officers and employees of BSNL, Jharkhand were also present on the occasion. For the success of these events, funds are being given by BSNL Jharkhand Circle and all SSA officials. In this event Kuldeep Kumar, Sunil Kumar Singh, Gautam Bhaskar, Ajay Kumar among others played the lead roles. The CGMT said that BSNL is always ready to serve people whether in celebrations or disaster.
