INTUC leader’s death mourned

Members of the Indian National Trade Union Congress, Odisha Branch expressed deep grief over the demise of INTUC, New Delhi general secretary Rajendra Prasad Singh at a meeting here on Monday.

“Singh’s demise is a great loss for the INTUC and the working class as a whole,” said INTUC, Odisha Branch president and former MP Dr Rama Chandra Khuntia.

Odisha branch general secretary Kishore Jena and vice president SS Mohapara, Sandhyaani Mohapatra, Prasanta Mohapatra, treasurer Dharanidhar Swain, youth wing president Satyabrata Nayak, women wing president Pranati Mishra, Silli Sethy, mourned Singh’s demise, among others. They conveyed condolences to the bereaved family through INTUC national president Sanjeeva Reddy.
