The known actor of Bollywood Kumud Mishra shared his struggles and life story during ‘Baaton Baaton Mein’.
A talk series ‘Baaton Baaton Mein’ is being held everyday on Instagram. Hosted by renowned art critic Sunil Mishr, the series is being held for the art lovers.
Here on Sunday, the series marked its 81st episode. In this episode, Sunil Mishr talked with a renowned actor Kumud Mishra. He is well known for his role in Jolly LLB 2 as Suryavanshi Singh, who was the antogonist of the story.
He has roots of his career in Bhopal. Kumud was encouraged by his father to join the theatre as an actor. He joined the ‘Bharat Bhavan Culture Centre’ in Bhopal.
He acted in a few plays there and worked with the famous theatre directors like Sachin Tiwari, John Martin, Alok Nandan, Bansi Kaul and many more. He got the opportunity to work with Prabhat Ganguly’s ‘The Little Ballet Theatre.’ In 1989, he also participated in the festival of India in USSR.
Kumud Mishra is an Indian theatre and film actor. One of his earliest roles was in the 1995 Doordarshan drama Swabhimaan where he had played the character called Eknath, a trade union leader.
His career has taken an upswing after Imtiaz Ali's Rockstar where he played the popular character of Khatana. His notable films are: Filmistaan, Revolver Rani, Jolly LLB 2, Raanjhanaa, Badlapur, Bangistan and Akshay Kumar's Airlift in which he played the role of Sanjeev Kohli. In 2017, he had a role in the film Rukh.
It is to be noted that the series is all about meeting with renowned personalities of classical dance and music world. They talk about their struggles, life and success during the talk show.
