Sub-Inspector Sabitri Dalei of the Narsinghpur police station in Athagarh subdivision has been feeding an elderly destitute woman at the Narsinghpur bus-stand rest-shed for the last fifteen days during the corona-forced lockdown period.
Narsinghpur PS IIC Lingaraj Lenka said that SI Dalei’s humanitarian gesture has earned a special identity for the police station. Her exemplary act is expected to generate a positive attitude of the people towards police personnel, he added. Different outfits have congratulated the lady Sub-Inspector over her selfless service.
