Madhyanchal Professional varsity celebrates Engineers Day

Engineers Day was observed on Tuesday at  Patel Group of Institutions Madhyanchal Professional University.

Preeti Patel was present as the Chief Guest, Chancellor Madhyanchal Professional University, Ajit Singh Patel, Prof. Chancellor and Air Marshal  PK Srivastava, Vice Chancellor Madhyanchal Professional University and Rajneesh Karan, Dean Engineering was present.

PK Srivastava shared the story of his life with all the staff present in which he achieved a huge achievement in the field of engineering during his service to the Indian Air Force of an American company during his deployment to Ambala Airbase. He shared that the fighter plane, which was found in junk-like condition of 1947, was again rebuilt by him and his entire engineering team in such a way that it could fly again. Srivastava was awarded by the  former President A.P.J. Abdul Kalam.

He told everyone that for engineers, whatever is in a junk like situation is not useless, engineers should find opportunities for that useless thing and that is why it is called Engineers.

Rajneesh Karan, Dean Engineering told that Engineers Day is celebrated every year on 15 September to commemorate the birthday of Bharat Ratna Vishveshwaraiya. Engineering education will be truly meaningful only when you prove to be helpful in improving the standard of living of the general public.

 India has achieved achievements in the field of software, we have to come forward in other areas including machinery, automobiles. Professor Saurabh Mandloi told that how machine learning is beneficial for engineers, how can it be carried forward in this field and in the coming time more and more work is to be done by machine learning itself.

Ajit Singh Patel, Prof. the Chancellor congratulated everyone on Engineers Day and said that the institute is doing better work. All directors, principals, teachers of Madhyanchal Professional University and Patel Group were present in the program and all the guidelines issued by the Government of India and the State Government for Covid-19 were strictly followed in this programme.
