The office management should be understood very well in the first posting itself. The inspection of police station should be done on all standards and training courses would be continued on specific subjects.
The course design will be tailored to suit needs of the training required said DGP Vivek Johri at the conculsion of three day "Office Management" special course online training organized for officers of the IPS of batch 2015 to 2017.
The ideas and feedback from trainees would improve training and help in making better modules of training covering all aspects required for the trainees.
Appreciating the officers of the training division who made the arrangement for tandem interaction which was glitch free and operated the training smoothly, Johri said that online training has made it easier to interact with everyone at the same time saving on resources and connecting people located at remote places. He also took feedback from the trainees.
Special Director General of Police (Training) Pawan Jain told the trainee officers that there should be practical information about the work. Also it is necessary to keep updated with the latest rules and regulations. It will be useful to get deep knowledge of FIR, investigation and complete knowledge of office management.
Additional Director General of Police (Training) Anuradha Shankar, Inspector General of Police (Training) Jitendra Singh Kushwaha and Assistant Inspector General of Police (Training) Malay Jain were present on the occasion. The training commenced on July 7 and was concluded on July 9.
