Pipili MLA Pradeep Maharathy has tested positive for Covid-19, he has informed.
Maharathy urged those who came in contact with him during the last few days to undergo Covid-19 tests if required.
Notably, all MLAs would undergo Covid-19 tests before commencement of the State Assembly session beginning from September 29. Besides, noted Odia film actor Sritam Das on Tuesday informed that he has tested positive for Covid-19 and is currently under home quarantine.
“I shall not be attending any shoot or social gathering,” he said.His fans and friends flooded his timeline wishing his speedy recovery.
