Tributes were paid to former cabinet minister and speaker of Uttarakhand assembly, Prakash Pant on his first death anniversary on Friday. The speaker, Prem Chand Agarwal garlanded the picture of the late leader in the state assembly and paid glowing tributes to him. He said that Pant was soft spoken, simple hearted and a master of parliamentary procedures.
He was respected by everyone including the opposition members for his qualities.
