RT varsity organises online ‘Poet Meet’

Online Poets’ Meet was organized on Wednesday. Observing the unique literary ritual Kavita-Desh, the event was organised.  It was organised by Rabindranath Tagore University along with Tagore World Art and Culture Center and Vanmali Shrijan Peeth, Bhopal.

Senior and renowned poets of Hindi literature were present during the poets meet. Poets including Nalini Pathak (Netherlands), Alka Sharma (Chicago),  Atmaram Sharma, India (Guest), Sushra Hemvats (Netherlands), Rohit Kumar Happy (New Zealand),  Harshita Bajpai (Netherlands),  Bhavna Kunwar (Australia) ), Pragit Kunwar (Australia),  Rama Joshi (UK),  Raki Garg (India), Sheetal Jain (Singapore),  Vishwas Dubey (Netherlands), Hemant Deshmukh (Australia), Sanjeev Dixit (U.A.E.), Shardul Naugaja (Singapore),  Harihar Jha (Australia),  Rakesh Khandelwal (USA) were participating poets in the Vishwa Rang programme of Pravasi Kavita.

The series of Kavita Desh was inaugurated under the chairmanship of Santosh Choubey, Senior Poet, Director and Chancellor of Vishwa Rang, Rabindranath Tagore University, Bhopal. The unforgettable event of Kavita Desh program was organized under the guidance of Mukesh Verma, the well-known senior narrator of the country.

Santosh Choubey, said that a good poem is one that penetrates deep into your memories. Santosh Choubey further said that today we are going through very difficult times. Poetry and meaningful compositions in the coronation of the corona period give us a new energy. The participation of people from all over the country is also a good sign in this programme.

At the programme, the transparency of literature was appreciated by the audience. The literature lovers of the city appreciated the creations of some of the poets for their tremendous contribution in mounting up the literature among people.
