SECT college holds online Rakhi making workshop

On the occasion of Raksha Bandhan a lot of events were organised online. In the same series SECT College of B.Ed organised few competitions and a workshop online on Tuesday. 

Rakhi making workshop and competition, followed with mehndi  competition were conducted online by SECT College of Professional Education, Misrod. In this workshop, Suprieti Chaturvedi first taught the students how to make rakhi and the design of mehndi, followed by competitions.

To celebrate the essence of brother-sister bond, this workshop focused on creatively enhancing the rakhi making skills of the artists and readers. The children enthusiastically participated in the workshop and learned to make beautiful and different rakhis.

First and second year students participated in the competitions. In Rakhi competition, first prize was given to first year student Kalyani and second prize to Pooja Verma and second year student Richa Shukla got first prize and Suman Gupta got second prize.

Under this series, first year students participated in Mehndi competition. Nivedita Sharma was given first prize, Priya Tomar was given second and third prize was given to Sangeeta Patel, while first year Richa Mehra got first prize, second prize was given to Pooja Verma and third prize was given to Richa Saxena.
