Swab samples of three police personnel of the Fategarh police station and a cop of the Bhapur Beat House in Nayagarh district were sent for Covid test on Sunday.
According to reports, a doctor, who had conducted postmortem on an accident victim, tested positive for Covid. Those who came in contact with the doctor were advised to stay in home quarantine and these four police personnel are among them.
Meanwhile, a Covid positive case was detected from the Bhagabanpu TMC under Bhapur block on Saturday. While swab samples of 150 persons had been sent for Covid test, 149 reports came negative and a report of a 10-year-old boy came positive.
