Under secretary and former Officer on Special Duty (OSD) of Cabinet Minister Satpal Maharaj, Hari Singh succumbed to Covid-19 on Thursday. He breathed his last at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Rishikesh on Thursday morning. A soft spoken and very popular officer, Singh was admitted at AIIMS- Rishikesh on September 9. Subsequently his condition deteriorated. He was associated with cabinet minister Satpal Maharaj for a long time. He also served as Public Relations Officer (PRO)) of Amrita Rawat (Wife of Satpal Maharaj) when she was the cabinet minister in Congress Government.
Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat, cabinet minister Satpal Maharaj and many colleagues of Hari Singh have expressed their condolences on his death.
