Various progs held on fourth day of Hindi fest ‘Toornayad’

Toornayad festival of Hindi organized by the Official Language Implementation Committee of Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology is wooing the students. Chakravyuh and Srijan two competitions were organized on the fourth day of the programme.

Chakravyuh, one of the most popular competitions of Turyanad, to test the logical and mental ability of the participants, was organized with grandeur this year as in previous years. Significantly, due to corona, this much-awaited competition was conducted completely online.

Under this competition, all the participants had to find the answer to the riddles on the website of Turyanad using their intellectual abilities in the post of Turyanad’s Instagram Handel and paste the link of the post. The next puzzle was made available to the participant only after getting the correct answer. The participants were very excited about this online Chakravyuh and put all their strength in penetrating the Chakravyuh. As many as 400 participants participated in the competition.

 Rishi Chaudhary, MIT, Indore bagged first position. Vaibhav Sharma, GSITS, Indore and Raksha Tanwar, MP School of Drama, Bhopal  bagged second and thirs position respectively.

Along with Chakravyuh, another much awaited competition of Toornayad Srijan was also organized. Under this competition, the participants had to present their ideas on “Self-reliant India” through painting and cinematography.

The competition was held in two stages, in the first phase all the contestants sent their entries to Turyanad through Anuladak. The deadline for sending entries was 15 September. The exhibition of the selected entries in the final phase was conducted online.

More than 300 students from different schools and colleges participated in the creation. The fascinating and creative entries of cinematography and painting were seen in the exhibition.

In both the competitions, students from various schools and colleges across the country participated extensively and showed their intellectual ability and their artistic skills.
