Shilpa co-authors digital book
Actor Shilpa Shetty Kundra has co-authored a digital book titled The Magic Immunity Pill: Lifestyle, with Luke Coutinho, a holistic lifestyle coach associated with integrative medicine.
The book focusses on emotional wellness, quality sleep, balanced nutrition and adequate exercise to build a strong immune system.
“It’s been such a rich and learning experience working on this book with Luke Coutinho. Today, we are trying our best to stay healthy, for that I believe it’s a prerequisite to have a really strong immune system,” she said.
‘I was very thrilled to see the love they showered on my character in season one, now with the amazing twist and a more intriguing look that my character has, there is lot more in store. Not to forget the amazing star cast, each one of us bring something to the table and that is amazing. Excited for the new season as things get grittier.’

Amid the lockdown, actor Kajol has found a new friend at home, and introduced her new-found buddy on Instagram.
She uses social media to share glimpses of her lockdown moments. Now, in a post, Kajol introduced her friend.
“Day 100 of quarantine: Making new friends inside the house,” Kajol captioned a new post on Instagram.
She also shared a picture of herself with a friend — which is an artifact.
Recently, Kajol shared that lockdown is changing the way we think about hair. She posted a picture where she is seen flaunting brown locks.
Elnaaz raises money for migrants
Sacred Games actor Elnaaz Norouzi is going to celebrate her birthday by doing a good deed.
Ahead of her birthday on July 9, Elnaaz will raise money to help feed six to seven thousand families of Indian migrant workers.
This will be done in association with an NGO. Whatever money is raised by Elnaaz and her fans, will directly go to the NGO for the cause.
She is currently in Germany amid the global pandemic.
