I'm not here for fame: Radhika

Actor Radhika Apte says she does not want to get stuck in something convenient or be satisfied, and she is not chasing fame.

“I'm not here for fame. I do like the perks sometimes, but I don't take success and failure seriously because these are temporary and all very relative,” Radhika said.

“You can't take either seriously, but you can't just ignore them. They are very important aspects in your journey — you need appreciation, you need to pat your back many a time, you have to love the appreciation as well and you have to also learn from your failure and not get dejected. So I have a balanced approach,” she added.

‘Music has been my sanity. It is an integral part of my life and I feel blessed to be able to share it. Edge is an attempt at portraying and owning your inner chaos and loving parts of yourself that are imperfect. When you stop looking at perfection in others, the journey of understanding and accepting yourself begins.’

Looking ahead in time, actor Urvashi Rautela feels history books in the future will need to dedicate an entire chapter to the year 2020.

From forest fires to the COVID-19 pandemic and now a blast in Beirut, the year has seen one disaster after the other.

“My prayers are with Beirut, Lebanon. I am heartbroken by the loss of life in this tragic event. Solidarity to all those affected and those working tirelessly to help. I can't even imagine the predicament of the people witnessing this out there,” she said.

Katy on her split with Orlando

Katy Perry and actor Orlando Bloom are now a happy couple, but they have gotten through a lot of hell, says the singer.

“It's really about an individual journey that makes the whole thing better. We both had to decide to go on that journey separately because it's not my half and your half that makes a whole. It's my wholeness and your wholeness that makes this whole thing happen,” Perry said.

In the track Champagne Problems, Perry sings about overcoming their toughest times.

“It's a song that really talks about how intense it's gotten and how many things we have had to go through. Yes, we have problems. Everybody has challenges in a relationship,” she said.
