Built environment

The RICS School of Built Environment invites applications for the full-time built environment specialisation courses for the academic year 2021 for both the campuses in Noida & Mumbai.

Those who are looking for career opportunities in the field of built environment (real estate, infrastructure & construction sectors), should apply for the Post Graduation courses through the RICS SBE website.

Courses: MBA in Real Estate & Urban Infrastructure, MBA in Construction Project Management, MBA in Construction Economics & Quantity Surveying, and Post Graduate Diploma in Facilities Management.

Eligibility: Candidates seeking admission under sponsored category are required to have 50 per cent marks in graduation with a min score of MAT-450/GMAT- 450/ CMAT — 100 or percentile in CAT/XAT — 65 / NMAT — 50 or Amity Written Test on the day of interview/online mode.

Candidates seeking admission under the Non-Sponsored category are required to have min 50% marks in Graduation with the min score of MAT - 500/GMAT - 500 / CMAT - 150 or percentile in CAT/XAT - 75 / NMAT - 60 or Amity Written Test on the day of interview/online mode.

Btech-mtech courses

The Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology (IIIT Delhi) has recently announced that the International Regular Round Admission process for session 2021-22 is open now and the appearing candidates will have an opportunity to avail up to 100 per cent fellowship.

Eligibility: For BTech: Qualifying Exam should be an equivalent of Class-XII exam of CBSE (with Mathematics and Physics as mandatory and Chemistry as highly desirable) that concludes secondary schooling.

Equivalence is as envisaged by the Association of Indian Universities(https://www.aiu.ac.in).

Students may apply during or after their final year of secondary education.

For BTech (CSSS), students with Mathematics as one of the subjects in class XII can also apply.

For MTech: The candidate should have completed or must be pursuing a BTech/BS/MSc or equivalent Qualifying Program as described in the admission criteria of the desired program to which admission is sought.

Equivalence of degrees from colleges outside of India is as envisaged by Association of Indian Universities (https://www.aiu.ac.in).

Candidates may apply during or after their final year of their undergraduate programme.

For PhD: The candidate should have completed or must be pursuing a BTech/ BS/MTech/MS/MSc or equivalent qualifying programme as described in the admission criteria of the desired programme to which admission is sought.

Equivalence of degrees from colleges outside of India is as envisaged by Association of Indian Universities (https://www.aiu.ac.in)

Candidates may apply during or after their final year of their undergraduate or postgraduate programme.
