All Ggm hospitals told to reserve 60% beds in general category for Covid

Saturday, 24 April 2021 | Staff Reporter | Gurugram

In view of shortage of hospital beds for Covid patients in Gurugam, Deputy Commissioner Yash Garg has directed hospitals to increase the number of beds reserved for Covid patients to “at least 60%” under general category and 75% of total bed capacity of ICU and ventilator beds.

Moreover, the data of available beds will have to be uploaded on the platform ‘onemapggm.gmda.gov.in’ of the Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority by the hospitals. The order was issued under epidemic diseases Act-1897 and sub-section-2 of the Disaster Management Act-2005.
