Madhya Pradesh State Triathlon Academy player Vidhi Bonde and St. Joseph School player Anant Mehra have been selected for the 25th National (Senior, Junior and Sub-Junior) Road Cycling Championship.
The championship will be held from March 5 to 8 in Mumbai. In the championship, both players will showcase talent representing Madhya Pradesh. Before leaving for Mumbai, both the players along with their guardian and instructor reached TT Nagar stadium. On reaching the city stadium, the players met the Director Sports and Youth Welfare Pawan Jain.
Sports Director Pawan Jain congratulated both the players for the selection of Vidhi Bonday and Anant Mehra in the National Road Cycling Championship. He congratulated Vidhi and Anant by encouraging them to perform better in the competition. Director of sports Shri Jain said that the players of the state are performing brilliantly in various national sports competitions and are increasing the value of Madhya Pradesh by winning medals continuously.
On this occasion, M.P. President of Amateur Cycling Association, S.N. Singh, Manish Bhadauria, Triathlon Academy instructor Manoj Jha, Judo instructor Kamala Rawat Mehra and Sunil Bonde were present.
