20-yr-old girl raped by brother-in-law

A 20-year-old girl was sexually assaulted, by her brother-in-law on February 19 near Model ground, TT Nagar police have arrested the accused on the complaint of the victim.

According to the police, the victim was sexually assaulted by the accused after he found that she had left house after having a fight with her parents. 

The victim was found in the night on Sunday at an abandoned place near Model ground and when she was taken to police station she revealed the atrocity faced by her brother-in-law.

In her complaint victim stated that after having a fight with her parents on February 19 after which she left house and went to her friend’s house and informed her brother-in-law who started to force her to meet him. After she agreed victim went to meet her and accused took her to abandoned place near Model ground and raped her.

Afraid from the incident victim remained at the abandoned place and police were informed after she was spotted by locals in the night on Sunday.

Based on the complaint and after the preliminary investigation, the police have registered a case under sections 376 and 506 of the IPC. The accused who runs a food stall was arrested by the police and started further investigation.

Meanwhile, Bajaria police have booked a miscreant who sexually exploited a 20-year-old school teacher for the past four months.

The victim became acquainted with the accused Lokesh Vishwakarma after he came to school where she teaches and in the same school his children study.

On October 5, 2020 accused took her to his house in the name of meeting her with children and raped her, later continued to sexually exploit her by threatening of life and luring her of marriage.
