Misrod police have booked three persons including a woman for fraudulently selling and buying plots at Rishi Parishar using forged document in the year 2017; victim lodged a complaint after finding that fraud was done in selling plots.
Police said that the complainant Lalji Sharma lodged a complaint against three persons of a housing development society of fraudulently selling him plot.
At the time of the incident the victim bought the property in the year 2013 with the help of the then president of the society Mohan Rao and which was owned by Sheela Pillai while Rajkumar Pandey was made member using forged documents.
After some time society was dissolved due to dispute in society members. The accused Mohan Rao was not president at the time of selling of plots. The victim was made a member of society by the accused using forged documents.
During the investigation it was found that Roa was not member of society in the year 2009 and later even after society was dissolved accused sold the fraud fraudulently.
The police have registered a case under sections 420, 467 and 468 of the IPC and have started further investigation. Search for the accused has been started said the police.
