6-yr-old boy killed in tiger attack

In a shocking incident, a six-year-old boy was killed in a tiger attack in Nabarangpur district on Tuesday. According to sources, Narendra Markam of village Turudi under  Raigarh block in district had gone with his family to Shiva temple situated in village Shihawa in Chhattisgarh, 26 km away from their village Turudi. At this point of time, suddenly the tiger came out of the forest, appeared before them and attacked them. 

While everyone was running to save their lives, Narendra's son Amit was trapped by tiger, which dragged boy away to the nearby forest and disappeared. Soon after that, local denizens and police left for searching for Amit but found his dead body. As this was first incident in which a life was lost in a tiger attack, it has caused panic in the area.
