A special online lecture on the subject of ‘Yogic Spiritual Science’ was held on Friday at Atal Bihari Vajpayee Hindi Univetsity.

 "Yoga provides physical, mental and spiritual health," said Vice Chancellor Prof. Ramdev Bhardwaj.

"Yoga gives us healthy body and spiritual consciousness," said Acharya Nilimp Tripathi.

Special lecture in free online yoga camp at Atal Bihari Vajpayee Hindi University. He said that Yoga is our ancient mode whereby we conceptualize holistic health. 'Asanas' in Yoga give us strength to physically healthy organs and mind's communication with surroundings is empowered.

The relationship of yoga is attained physically, mentally and spiritually. In today's time where there is an atmosphere of fear all around, we can wish for health by adopting the practice of Yoga. Yoga gives us a basic vision for public-life, spirituality and health, through which we can connect with ourselves. If we imbibe Yoga, Asanas, Pranayama and Meditation, then we can transmit power within us.

Through Yoga, we should know the energy that we are powered by. In the online yoga camp on the subject of 'Yogic Spiritual Science', these thoughts were given by Atal Bihari Vajpayee Hindi University's  Vice Chancellor Prof. Ramdev Bhardwaj.

As many as 70 practitioners took part in this free online yoga camp organized by the Yoga Department of Atal Bihari Vajpayee Hindi University. After this, Acharya Dr. Nilimp Tripathi, who is known not only at the state level but also at the national level, as a 'Jyotishacharya' and Narrator, addressed a special lecture on the subject of "Compound Spiritual Science". Acharya Tripathi is related to Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Vedic University.
