Even three weeks after death of Paralakhemundi ACF Soumya Ranjan Mohapatra in a fire mishap at his Government quarter, police are yet to make much headway in the case. The cops have interrogated six persons, including the three main accused, the deceased’s wife Bidyabharati Panda, Gajapati DFO Sangram Keshari Behera and house cook, in connection with alleged murder case.So far, statements of 25 persons have been recorded, but investigators are yet to make any revelation in case. On Tuesday, a team of Paralakhemundi police along with their Kaptipada counterparts questioned Bidyabharati for a third time at her residence at Goudagan under Kaptipada block in Mayurbhanj district. Source said the widow was grilled by the investigators for nearly five hours. Besides, her parents were also questioned separately.
