Janta Congress Chhattisgarh –Jogi (JCC-J) President AmitJogi has filed a petition in theChhattisgarh High Court againstthe government's decision to vac-cinate select people in the 18-44years. Jogi said in a statement thathe had filed a petition at theBilaspur High Court throughadvocate Arvind Shrivastava,challenging the decision of thegovernment to prioritize the vac-cination in state for Antyodayaand BPL card holders. “Such areservation is not only immoralbut is unconstitutional," he saidin a press statement. “Let a med-ical expert decide who are proneto the infection and the life-sav-ing jabs must be given to those onpriority who have greater expo-sure to the infection," he said.
