In its bid for women’s empowerment, the Amway India has announced completion of the first phase of its project ‘Nari Shakti’. Launched last year, Nari Shakti is part of the Amway’s 10-year growth vision with a clear focus on supporting women to unleash a spirit of entrepreneurship.
Initiated in the eastern region, Nari Shakti is aimed at bringing the Amway’s women direct sellers to the forefront by enhancing their existing skills to run their Amway businesses independently. Amway India Senior VP, East & West region, Chandra Bhushan Chakraborty said, “We are committed to fostering an environment of growth by offering opportunities for women to realise their full potential. We initiated project Nari Shakti with objective of providing a platform to women to explore their true potential and hone their talents.”
