Raipur Collector Dr S Bharati Dasan said that all the district block headquarters have been directed to open Covid-19 special hospitals with 100 beds and minimum 20 beds with oxygen facilities.
The Women’s Working Hostel with 270 beds and 20 oxygen facilities and the Ayruvedic College with 400 beds having 250 oxygen beds will be further increased by additional 150 beds.
The ESIC Hospital will have 200 beds with 100 oxygen-related beds.
He said that those testing positive about 55 years will be admitted in hospitals as per earlier order.
Different social organizations have come forward to run the Covid care centres where each centre will have a minimum of 50 oxygen-attached beds.
