Bajrang Dal activists on Sunday created ruckus at Old Jail road protesting shooting of ‘Ashram 3’ by Director Prakash Jha unit; ink was thrown over Director Prakash Jha while shooting was obstructed by activists who were opposing objectionable scene damaging cultural and social fabric.
Sensation prevailed in the area after Bajrang Dal activists reached shooting site at Old Jail road and objected shooting of web series which according to the activists were having scene which are derogatory to values embraced by several millions and hurt religious sentiment and could lead to disturb peace and harmony in the society.
Incharge of Arera Hills police station RK Singh said the Bajrang Dal activists alleged that scenes which unit and director were shooting would hurt religious sentiment and raised slogans against the director and demanded removal of such scenes.
He denied any act of vandalism, protest at road disrupting the traffic and damaging the vehicles of commuters and members of shooting unit. The Bajrang Dal activists raised slogans against Director of the web series Ashram 3 Prakash Jha and have thrown ink over him.
