Bhopal Crime Branch arrests 3 drug peddlers, seizes cannabis worth Rs 12L

Bhopal crime branch seized a pick up van and arrested three drug peddlers involved in illegal drug trafficking, over 1 quintal of Cannabis worth Rs 12 lakh was recovered from the accused.Acting on a tip off three accused were arrested who were carrying drugs which were worth Rs 12 lakh while pick van worth Rs 20 lakh was seized.

All the three accused had brought illegal Cannabis from Jagdalpur area of Chhattisgarh at low rates and would sell it at high price to earn good profit.

The accused Nisharuddin, Inamuddin and driver Sandeep Sahu have brought Cannabis hidden under the carrates filled with mango in the vehicle and it was kept hidden by the accused under the culvert in the field near the village of Inamuddin. The three accused had came to sell drugs at new bypass road village Dobra village to sell at high prices.

Carrying in two sacks in a bolero pickup vehicle accused were moving from new bypass via Sehore Doraha road towards village Dobra.

After the information was received  a special team of police station crime branch was formed. To confirm the information, after reaching the village Dobra near the new culvert, a pick-up bolero van bearding registration number MP04-GB-5408 was tracked.

Inamuddin is resident of Dohara, Nisaruddin is a resident of Aishbagh and have booked for several major offences by different police stations of the state capital.
